In this 2 day workshop we'll look at:

  • Retraining functional breathing and how that impacts the entire human organism from digestion to mental wellbeing and how we utilize that pattern for strength, recovery and downregulation.
  • The fundamentals of Kettlebell Training for generating both dynamic and consistent tension in multi planar movement.
  • Utilizing Boxing to enhance movement competency, multiplanar conditioning and cognitive function. 
  • How to effectively connect with and coach clients.

The Workshop runs 9am - 5pm May 16th and 17th with a prerequisite online pre-course module
