Conditioning and human movement needs to have a dynamic, multi planar approach! That's not only how we respond to our environment but also how we need to move as athletes! With increased life stress and training stress we also need to recover HARD but how can we leverage movement and recovery to optimize physical and mental performance with clients? 

In this 2 day workshop we'll look at:

  • Retraining functional breathing and how that impacts the entire human organism from digestion to mental wellbeing and how we utilize that pattern for strength, recovery and downregulation.
  • The fundamentals of Kettlebell Training for generating both dynamic and consistent tension in multi planar movement.
  • Utilizing Boxing to enhance movement competency, multiplanar conditioning and cognitive function. 
  • How to effectively connect with and coach clients.
